I’m super passionate about moving individuals and teams from stuck states to empowered states. As a Master NLP Practitioner and Behaviour Change Coach, I provide specialised coaching to equip you to get what you want in life, whether you want to uplevel your physical and/or mental health.

My approach is informed by lived experience and a solid formal education. As I guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-awareness, you will gain insights to create your own unique roadmap for life and achieve your goals and desires- you don’t have to settle for mediocrity. Personalised 1:1 sessions combine educational coaching, hypnosis, and timeline therapy as appropriate and agreed by the individual client.
